At Shop Electrolytes at LYTES, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
